Is it really complicated to keep history of all contacts, not only saved in my phone directory? I've lost very important contact and won't be able to recover it unless conversation would be initiated from the other part. It's a simple usability trick
I've been using Viber for a while and it's definitely one of those apps that gets better with each update. It used to be the total opposite but that's been fixed. BUT still not getting notifications regularly when I have new messages. Once notifications are fixed, they'll get 5 🌟s again. 🙄
Last month I got this message from Viber developers. "We have noticed a recent increase in your activity on Viber and your account is suspected of using Viber for spamming purposes. Viber does not tolerate spamming and, as of this message, your account is in danger of being blocked. If you continue to use Viber in this manner, your account will be blocked." They didn't replied me still now
I hate the way it lags when I make voice calls. I have to repeat my call almost five or more times just to continue my conversation which is always interrupted by lost connection. I even experience hearing the viber ring tone continuously while on conversation. :-(
Since the last update the app is still continuously crashing after 5 minutes of being in call. It also can not send links or pictures during call. Needs to be fixed, this is or was a great app and I love recommending but the last 3 updates haven't improved but hurt the app.
Was getting Spammed with porn which appears to have been rectified which is great. Got spammed by some random wanting me to follow her public account and view her photos. I really am getting sick of being spammed on Viber. I am not interested in following public accounts. It is a great communication app with fun stickers of which I have purchased quite a few. If Viber starts pushing public accounts down my throat and if the spam continues, then I will uninstall.
