Not good at all. I had the galaxy A53 and the app worked for the most part.. Only thing that wouldn't work was "device balance". Now I have the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 and the app will not load at all. Just hangs and spins. I mean honestly it no different from using the Videotron web site, it barely works as well. So bottom line is that after 5 years of being a customer and having issues the whole time with the app it shows how much they care if it works proper or not.

App is bad. (1) I know that my latest balance is in fact a credit balance, yet it displays a balance of $0.00. (2) for Previous invoices it lists them starting in October 2021 and from there goes further back in time to 2014 (with many gaps in between). (3) it is not possible to see latest invoice (nor invoices going back to 2021). Under "Services" which I am currently subscribed to, it shows nothing when clicking on it.

I can't get the app to load. It gets stuck on continuous loop of changing orientation from portrait to landscape and back again. Edit: Clearing storage or reinstalling app doesn't help. This error is most likely due to a bug where my resolution is being detected as too big for a phone and the app going in landscape for tablet use, but then detected as too small for a tablet and switching to portrait. 2024-03: issue is still present.
