This app is completely useless. I get an error message every time. When I try to log in through the website, it says the page is unavailable due to maintenance. It's been MONTHS. That's a lot of "maintenance" for a page and app that don't even work. I'm a recent mobile customer and have never been able to see my bill. I'm not paying a bill I haven't seen, so I called and had them switch to the good old paper billing, which goes against every eco-conscious molecule in my body.

The app used to be great but for the last 8 months or so, I haven't been able to use it at all. Every time I open it, it just says "unable to load page. Try again later" or has the loading circle spinning endlessly. I've tried loading on wifi and on data, no difference. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and still the same issue. Please fix this so we can check on our usage and not go over our data limits!

Videotron doesn't seem to see a pattern. All of these negative reviews indicating what we are all experiencing but still no resolve. Fix your application! I used to use this application on a regular to keep track of my data usage and my payment due dates. I've sent an email to your "customer service" months ago and it hasn't helped at all. It's a shame because it seemed like a lot of us used to find this application useful and helpful. Now, it is just wasted space on our devices.
