This app is completely useless. I am a new customer, and I can't do anything after logging in. It's just an error state where nothing is loading properly. Bell apps and online dashboard are way better than the one from Videotron. They also now give a way better customer support these days. If you are not stuck with Videotron for the internet (as I am right now), just switch to Bell, stop trying to make their poorly designed app work.

This app is completely useless. I get an error message every time. When I try to log in through the website, it says the page is unavailable due to maintenance. It's been MONTHS. That's a lot of "maintenance" for a page and app that don't even work. I'm a recent mobile customer and have never been able to see my bill. I'm not paying a bill I haven't seen, so I called and had them switch to the good old paper billing, which goes against every eco-conscious molecule in my body.

Videotron doesn't seem to see a pattern. All of these negative reviews indicating what we are all experiencing but still no resolve. Fix your application! I used to use this application on a regular to keep track of my data usage and my payment due dates. I've sent an email to your "customer service" months ago and it hasn't helped at all. It's a shame because it seemed like a lot of us used to find this application useful and helpful. Now, it is just wasted space on our devices.
