Title: Extremely Disappointed with Mashreq Bank's Customer Support I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Mashreq Bank. For the past few days, I have been unable to log into my account despite multiple attempts. I contacted customer care several times and even visited a service center, but no one has been able to provide a proper solution. What’s worse is that I followed all the video instructions available on the bank’s website, and still the problem persists. It’s unacceptable for a bank

i canceled my order in a store last September 18 ,and the cashier told me i will receive back my money 30-48 hours until now i didn't receive it back!!i didn't receive my money the one they voided already and the cashier told me my bank problem and the mashreq didn't refund back my money!!! i tried ask for help in customer customer service in mashreq but it's really hard to reach them until my load balance finished!!!

Two months after I uploaded all my documents in the application, and after seeing the message “under review” for two months, I received a notification saying that my account has been closed. This was the second time in a few years that I tried to open an account in this bank, but it turned out to be a deeply disappointing experience.
