There are so many little things wrong with this app it's untrue. It's almost as if the BA's and developers got together and decided to take every useful thing out of it. Stupidly simple stuff like being able to see the password you are entering is correct before you hit submit. The password at set up, this is supposed to be installed on a phone with a tiny keyboard, mistakes will happen. Not being able to check the password is a major oversight.

This App is appalling. My Credit Card transaction keep disappearing and re-appearing, and then when the status has changed from Pending and you think all is well the transaction amount changes. Reply To Virgin Money : Yes I have contacted them and was told to take a screenshot and email it to them, but the application doesnt allow you to take screenshots.

Can't pay my bill, every time i try I get told to go see if the app is down. If I receive an interest charge because of this I'll just cancel the card. ** I tried alternative methods and they didn't work! **just fix the ability to be able to pay my bill in app with a debit card. I keep getting the "somethings up" page when I try and pay. It's been nearly 2 weeks. **what more is there to explain???

Hi Neil, sorry to hear this. If you give our helpdesk team a call on 0800 328 3579 or drop our live chat team a message in the app they'll be able to run through some further troubleshooting with you. Both teams are available from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday and 9am-3pm on Saturday's.
