For the first six months or so it was fun to go through the challenges with my husband, though I did take a month off here and there when I had other things I needed to focus on. We even developed some good habits along the way. However, more recently I've noticed the financial incentive is down to $5/month and also the app occasionally doesn't synch with steps on my watch, which is tedious to try to fix.

The app doesn't always load. I finally got the sync issue fixed, but missed out on many steps. This app has a lot of potential of It worked all the time. I call the team for help but can't wait for 30 minutes for someone to help. Still having issues with my steps syncing to the app. I shouldn't have any issues seeing that the step counter came from Virgin Pulse. This app just isn't up to par and if my company didn't use it I would have gotten rid of it a long time ago.

This app needs a LOT of work. First, it's impossible to track your blood pressure, if the app doesn't provide a field to enter it. There's just this terrible loop of " no data yet..get tracking" followed by clicking back to the stats area, where are no fields to enter the systolic/diastolic readings, nor anything the click to get to them. In addition, it took NUMEROUS clicks to find the settings, so that I coukd submit a help ticket. Again, the submit button was grayed out. Terrible app.
