The app is not recording correctly. Everyday I walk at least 10K steps, but the next morning the app deducts 10K-15K from the total steps I have made. Can you make the app to sync heart rate, sleep, weight, etc... from S Health? Please stop apologizing and fix the app. The tech support cannot fix the issue. It is the software issue.
My company recently brought this app under its wing. I love the fact that is helps keep me on track.. however its a MAJOR downside that my gearfit2 is tracking flawlessly to S health but this app ONLY tracks half my steps... I walk 9k and it only track roughly 4k.. super annoying.
Not impressed with this version of the app. Things were made more complicated and entering stats no longer makes sense. Entered 12.6 miles during a spin class and ended up with it 7.3 miles entered. Can no longer delete manual entries as well. Can't wait to upgrade.
Despite your website saying it supports all Samsung Gear model smart watches it still will not pull from the gear S3 only from the phone and I have called customer service and the only thing they say is delete and reinstall..over and over. That's all they know
The app works fine, but, I can't import anything more than steps from my Samsung Gear Fit 2. My Fit 2 tracks all the things VP monitors, but won't let me add some of them manually. In my first quarter I missed out on $50 because I couldn't track active minutes.
The app makes data entry tedious or confusing for a mobile device. Previous versions were better. Steps for data entry should be reduced. For example, entering weight measurements I first have to touch the line for data entry, delete the zero, add my weight, minimize my keyboard and then touch save. I get that this isn't Earth shattering, but previous versions were easier. It's honestly just annoying. Better to just login on the website, which defeats the purpose of mobile "convenience".
