The healthy habits section has been having a problem where you enter your hours of sleep. There has been a random number posted that can't be changed. Kind of annoying because I'm not getting any credit for that section.
It has stopped working completely on my Samsung galaxy s4; so disappointed. In response to Virgin Pulse, I have contacted customer service 3 times via email and chat this week. They don't know what the issue is. It is being "escalated". I will stick with Fitbit for now. 1/6: It is working again.
Just some garbage I have to use to save money on health insurance. At least it works with Google Fit so I don't need to carry around a stupid pedometer. As soon as the program is done I uninstall until I need to use it again.
After updating the app on 1/4/18, I get errors non-stop. The error says the app has problems with Google play services and contact the developer. Lost all my coworker on the friend list, they don't show up anymore and I'm getting points for anything. Also my monthly statement isn't reflecting anything that has been uploaded or entered. I contacted support and as always...the waiting game has begun. Hopefully it take over 3 months to fix like the last issue.
An update appeared on Google Play. With a bit of apprehension and expecting failure, I installed the upgrade. I was pleasantly surprised, the app now functions.
App stops working every few months. It asks me to sign in which I do with the same login information I've used for 3 years and it says invalid username. It is quickly becoming more trouble than it's worth.
