This app is horrible. Now when I go to sync steps, it will not sync my steps by my device, it syncs what my last steps were on the app. I lost 10,000 steps just trying to sync steps. This has been happening for a week now. And if I try to manually enter the steps, I receive no points. I called customer service and they were rude and not helpful. Absolutely awful.

Doesn't work very well. Especially the tasks to earn points. You can't actually complete the tasks a lot of the time such as ReThink sessions for example. It just gets stuck. This seems to happen with lots of things. The download button for the preventative screening form also just does nothing.

It is so hard to use this app and it has been progressively getting more difficult to use. The app is not syncing with the device. Please fix this. This app is an absolute patient test. UPDATE: you made an update to the app and since then it got way too difficult to sync with device. And in your response you are saying that you cannot provide any support? I would give zero stars if I could.
