Switched over to Visible via the app. It said my phone # transfer was successful, but recepients were receiving texts and calls from the trial # and I couldn't receive anything if they used my actual #. The person on the chat could not resolve the issue, then I ended up having no service at all. Someone called the next day. Problem solved, very good customer service. That being said, cell service is good so far, but the app is slow to load and I don't like needing to sign in every time I use it.

There is no live customer service available. If your phone is not working, you can't get in touch with customer support without using the app. However, the app has some issues: it constantly signs you out and slows down or freezes. I had an issue with service I couldn't make calls or send texts or receive calls or texts from anyone. To troubleshoot the service, you need a WiFi connection because the app won't work without it.

Started out great with fast data speeds for about 3 weeks after signing up with the higher plan. Can't play many games, YouTube streaming is under 1080p. 3 bars of reception sometimes none. I'm very disappointed and going to look at other options. There's only one reason the data is so bad, Visable is limiting it even though it's advertised as unlimited, I'm on that higher plan.
