So far so good. I am loving everything about Visible. I decided to switch because the area where I live doesn't get reception inside the house with Sprint, BoostMobile, or Google Fi. With Visible, there are still areas where reception may go out in our somewhat rural community but at least I can make an emergency call from home (one bar on the connection meter) which is just what I needed as a caregiver for an elderly parent.

If any of you are considering switching to Visible by Verizon, DON'T DO IT!!!! Trying to get help with phone or network issues is impossible. They don't have a number to call. They don't even have real people to get help from. It's one of those chat bots that just repeats the same useless steps that don't work and then it starts over with no other options. If you don't have internet to begin with (which is usually their fault) you can't even access their app to do ANYTHING.

Pretty decent rates, but customer service is nonexistent. Been using service almost a year now. $45 plan is definitely better than the $30. But both leave a lot to be desired. $30 plan will include lots of dropped calls. $45 will include dead zones and some drops, but Wi-Fi calling will alleviate most of that. But you will then get a consistent echo on ALL calls. Overall not terrible, but very annoying at times.
