Switched over to Visible via the app. It said my phone # transfer was successful, but recepients were receiving texts and calls from the trial # and I couldn't receive anything if they used my actual #. The person on the chat could not resolve the issue, then I ended up having no service at all. Someone called the next day. Problem solved, very good customer service. That being said, cell service is good so far, but the app is slow to load and I don't like needing to sign in every time I use it.

Could be better. Could be worse. It has been more dependable than my former t-mobile service HOWEVER I'm not using the lowest price plan either as I didn't want constant throttling. Virtual customer support is the major drawback. Under NO circumstances will you deal with live support. Which can be OK as long as no problems arise. Visible does seem to be the most practical of the no frills providers.

I was able to switch to this service. The data speeds are obviously slower, but that's expected given the price compared to Verizon. So it's not bad in that sense. Switching was difficult. I needed to use a specific IEMI number, but the app auto pulled the wrong one from my phone and wouldn't give me other options. getting around an AI help desk and getting in person help took time and effort that cost them the extra stars I would've otherwise rated them with. So Visible is decent. :)
