Switched over to Visible via the app. It said my phone # transfer was successful, but recepients were receiving texts and calls from the trial # and I couldn't receive anything if they used my actual #. The person on the chat could not resolve the issue, then I ended up having no service at all. Someone called the next day. Problem solved, very good customer service. That being said, cell service is good so far, but the app is slow to load and I don't like needing to sign in every time I use it.

It's TERRIBLE!! I had trouble receiving an email from them & their automated service kept telling me to update my software & install the latest version of the app(which I had already done) How can you possibly switch services if you can't get help with receiving an email. I would NOT recommend wasting your time, ppl. Unless you wanna feel like you need a drink after trying to ask the same question 5 different ways to try to get an answer. Good luck.

It has been a bad experience trying to set up service. The prompts on the app send me in circles. I've spent 5 hours spread over the past several days, using the app and texting with live agents. Visible suggested deleting my service order and starting over. I did that. Now the $5 discount for the first 12 months has expired. And I still haven't been able to activate my service. I will try one more time, then give up and find another cell phone service.
