Switched over to Visible via the app. It said my phone # transfer was successful, but recepients were receiving texts and calls from the trial # and I couldn't receive anything if they used my actual #. The person on the chat could not resolve the issue, then I ended up having no service at all. Someone called the next day. Problem solved, very good customer service. That being said, cell service is good so far, but the app is slow to load and I don't like needing to sign in every time I use it.

My son introduced me to Visible several years ago. I never had any problems that were not corrected quickly until I bought an Apple phone . It was a disaster for me! I switched carriers because I got a free phone. But after a few months I decided I preferred Visible and bought another phone (not apple) from Visible and have had no problem with the service at any time! I tether to my laptop, I use mobile data for Roku. I highly recommend Visible!

That other shoe drop though.. free trial and service was, on whole pretty good bordering on great. there is a lot of fine print. No esim no free trial, which makes sense, but they will send you a physical esim and not tell you that. my trial also ended a day earlier than I expected and it's now taking me over an hour and counting to get back my service. my experience so far has been any time I have to deal with actual customer service, I might want to go play in traffic blindfolded first.
