- Buggy, I literally can't select an origin to reserve a flight inside the app - The check-in flow does not obviously indicate whether you've finished check-in - Can't perform check-in when the flight is significantly delayed even an hour before departure, and doesn't even tell you why, when the reason is that it's "past check-in time" - Can't help you talk to a live agent or even give you a phone number, which would be especially helpful when all of the above is happening

Please fix issues that you have with this app. You can't add your KTN on the app because it only allows numbers. Even if you try to copy and paste the entire ID. It will only post numbers. You have to go through the desktop website in order for one to be able to add their KTN. I also recently had an issue with my middle name not appearing on official passport information when trying to check in online. My profile has my full name and the site I used has my full name when purchased. Please fix.

Efficient and effective, but the timeout timer should either be extended in time-length or , like other apps, should simply ask if you need more time to extend the time. (Presently, if you are double-checking your information as you go along and that is slowing you down the app session closes abruptly ,making you start all over again. Very frustrating.) Otherwise, the app does work as intended.
