It was fine in the beginning, nice cars and decent prices but then after one ride it logged me out and keeps asking me to verify my account. I receive the verification code through sms and when i enter it, the app says it is incorrect. Tried several times over a couple of days with no luck. Seems like the app needs a lot of work. Gave up and went back to Uber since it didn't leave me no choice.

The cars and drivers are ok in general, until now, but if you have any problems there's no chat support, you have a phone number or email.. (waiting time for call can be very long) The application is just a map with the position of the car. I've waited a long time for a driver who didn't arrive at my location, and the company charged me a cancellation fee.. later edit - I've solved my issues when I had them. so far it remains one of the best ride sharing services in my country

The prices are slightly higher than the ones of other ridesharing competitors. Also, it is strange that for regular "Blue" you have the option for only 3 seats and for Tesla and Ford Capri there are 4 seats. I think there should be 4 seats for all the options.
