app wouldn't accept payment for working debit card. would act like it took the payment but then there wouldn't be a payment receipt. had to pay through a different app in the end as this one doesn't work. almost had phone shut off due to it not taking my payment. support was just an ai that didn't understand what the problem was. it's like the app would glitch and go to home screen every time I entered payment info.

I thought it would be a simple process, but the app has rejected both my working credit cards from both countries and and both online customer support and phone support don't seem to train their people in the travel plans so they don't even know this product exists. This has been an infuriating experience and a waste of my time on my trip.

app doesn't work. error code 505 every time. according to my bank they are trying to take the payment but are immediately refunding it. tried three different payment methods multiple times and no change. this app is good in theory but it doesn't work and there's no way to buy these SIM cards through a web browser.
