app doesn't work. error code 505 every time. according to my bank they are trying to take the payment but are immediately refunding it. tried three different payment methods multiple times and no change. this app is good in theory but it doesn't work and there's no way to buy these SIM cards through a web browser.

If my device is not "compatible" with the service the app is unable to use it or blocked. My device is working perfectly with the device I'm using. 😒

Customer service number send you to a medical alert device scam. Trying to scam their way into medical benefits for a mobile service plan. At this point just go to Telstra and pay the 90 to 120 for a unlimited plan. T-Mobile agents and service are getting old and can't maintain their quality for service. I have had my account stolen more then. I can count.
