Worst food app ever. It takes too many taps to finally order It charges $.50 per order without letting you know. Not all items are on the app so you need to ask the server to include missing items such as sauces, chilled. Redeeming rewards is less than the price at the store. So it is unclear how to redeem rewards you have. But the food is great.

When I first got the app there was "offers" all the time. I stopped eating at waba for a few weeks and now there isn't a single offer in the app. There is only the rewards I can spend my points on. What's the point of having "offers" if they aren't going to have them any more? Also, the offers time out too quickly. Most places have them time out after a hour. There time is barely a minute which is very problematic

Using the app is highway robbery. Aside from the hidden charges I've read about, they also don't offer the specials that they do in store or over the phone. Which makes no damn sense. I ordered on the app, for pick up and paid almost double of what they're charging for two chicken bowls in store. $10.99 for 2 bowls vs almost $20 for the same thing. It's bs!
