This whole card activation thing sux big time. Whether it is through app or website, the activation code never came. And the Hotline operator misled you by saying the code actually is the 6-digit figure at the back of the card. I filled in my details at the counter and now being asked to do it again before card activation. How redundant. And the best part is, the card is still not being able to be activated yet.
This is actually a great apps but still can't fully register as membership even i've done applying on a link membership sections.. Still does'nt give a 6 digit to activate full membership.. Perhaps the next update should fix this problem..
What happened to your Application? It's been used quite a few months with keep purchasing. Now, suddenly need keep login every time. This is very inconvenience caused. Some more, my friend just bought a new card to join as membership also cannot. Then, my purchased from 1st April until now without any update even message through FB or Email. The App is great to use and convenience, pls do check and upgrade your system and service with fast act.
I have fill in everything to activate my card. At the end, it requested me to key in the pin number that it said already sent to me which I never received. This is such rubbish apps
Been typing the password for almost 30 minutes, Invalid characters & what does it mean by Long numeric and uppercase?!Tried so many types of passwords still cannot. Please! Please redo the password system or at least give a hint on how the password should be. Thank you!
Rubbish app i met ever. Placed my order for one week ago, thru this app but still haven get receiving it yet. Tried to call customer service, and no one else to pick up the phone. Poor service
