The app experience is terrible. Very slow and laggy and very intricate to navigate too many pop-ups and button. The store locator is just terrible, search bar provided but for province city and stuff??? Why not just let us search the store instead? The FIRST20 voucher also very vague, what's the term and conditions? It is not written and I'm unable to use it.

I think this is the 2nd time I tried to participate in the watson contest but unable to submit my entry. On the last part once I clicked 'submit', it will show that 1 or more question is not answered even i have completed all. Using the option camera or attach my file, will show the same result. What's the point having contest but regular customer like me unable to join. Real pathetic experience.

1) App not too user friendly. Felt difficult to navigate around. 2) When trying to check stock in store, it kept showing "..some items in bag not available for click&collect.." - BUT THERE'S NO ITEM IN MY BAG. Even if I tried to add to cart n check the stock again, same thing. 3) Slow app. 4) Some functions are just useless, like the Virtual makeover. Lagging, difficult to use.
