Extremely slow and painful wait...kept loading at main page and advertisement page. I hope they will be kind enough to remove the "Welcome the new Beautiful" page. It is a painful sight if u need to stare a good few minutes each time u open the app. Unresponsive to clicks. Worse online shopping app experience ever! Headache each time using this extremely slow unresponsive App. It will kept loading at each page until u close the app and restart again. In the end u would rather give up shopping!

Please clear the data and cache for your app by going to your phone settings. This should resolve your issue. In case you are still facing the problem, please contact us at hello@watsons.com.my with your contact details and relevant screenshots.

No improvement for years. Not able to select 'pick and collect' from store and leave us no choice but to select expensive delivery option :(... Very disappointed. Pls close your apps store for good. Stop wasting everyone's time..

Ever since the recent update the branch that I selected for click and collect in Kuching is no longer listed. I was only able to use the click and collect service once. With this disadvantage, I can't enjoy the best discount you are offering on 3.3! It's frustrating!
