Ratings and reviews

I'm a professional driver, and rely on GPS to pickup & deliver my private car clients. In reviewing this app as an alternate GPS app, I've come away with the following. STENGTHS The user interface is very friendly. I loved the fact that you can easily report issues on the route (IE: accidents, and more. WEAKNESSES The GPS would route through neighborhoods instead of on a main street, and given the same information as to Google maps, WAZE went to a wrong address. Fun app but inaccurate.

The app takes up to two minutes to open and be ready to navigate. About 2 in 10 uses I have to restart the app because it closed on its own. When it works, it works well. When it doesn't, it seems to be during a rush hour or during an alternate route when waze knowledge would be most helpful. Theist irritating aspect of the app is that it forces audio ducking, and mutes all audio from all apps running on the app when it gives audio instructions. Waze has the speaker. Let other apps manage BT.

Love the app, I just have a few notes: I wish there was a Sound option for directions only (no alerts), while alerts still appear on-screen. When arriving at a location, the directions should include which side of the street it's on (arrow visible on the map as well). When +adding a stop, the directions should include when you've arrived at your first location and what side of the street it's on (waze voice and on-screen).
