Over all incredibly slow over heats all devices and doesn't allow for modification to the order once it placed. customer service refused to issue a refund even though I contacted them as soon as I placed the order. Honestly a sub par experience and would prefer to us McDonald's app anytime. not worth the hassle.

The app is easy enough for me to navigate and find what I need. I recommend it as interaction with the drive through attendant is very low. No more repeating yourself if they didn't hear you the first time. You get to review your order before paying. You always get a receipt emailed.

Generally does the job, occasionally I'll have issues paying with PayPal where the app bugs out and doesn't show my order number. The app should show previous orders in a menu so you can check the number if for example, I order something, then decide I want to buy something else, I should be able to look at both order numbers!
