during my last 4 orders the app freezes during ordering but after payment has been taken. so then I have to shutdown the app, redo the order and wait for a refund. some of the orders complete but dont get through to the restaurant, in which case I have to reorder. normally its slow, which is ok as it still works but lately its been terrible, even after doing multiple uninstalls and reinstalls.

There's been something wrong with this app the last 2 times I've used it. After doing bank approval, it appears as processing the order but never completes the purchase. Tried updating and reinstalling app and still doesn't work. Staff at store aren't helpful as they won't allow ordering app specials in person. It's just really annoying

Can't order on the website, have to use the app which is so unreliable it rejects more orders than it accepts. You just lost a sale after 2 failed attempts at placing my order failed and by the time I tried a 3rd time, the promo had then expired. Yeah nice one guys. 🥴
