Ratings and reviews

Often logs account out and then is so slow it's much quicker to go into the store and either use the machines there or order at the counter. Edit 26/6/26: Thankyou, I have emailed you now and happy to assist if I can

App is the buggiest app I've ever seen. Orders randomly disappear. Multiple charges yet the store can't see my order. Discounts don't work half the time. Crazy to see the reviews showing years of this and HJ's doesn't just scrap this app and start over.

Deals and ordering regularly don't work or glitch half way. Often sends your ordee to the wrong store. Login is wierdly difficult and it often logs you out for no reason at all and pretends you never had an account.
