Terrible app compared to others offering the same service. Slow to load anything, especially the menu. Often had to do things multiple times. Struggles to find a location, especially when inside a store or its carpark. Hardly have HJs due to this app being difficult to use. Update: Tried it again and it took money from my account without sending the order to the store or giving me an order number. Waiting to be refunded, then will delete. McDonald's app is so much better, as it simply works.

App is useless. can navigate app and select menu items (after waiting for it to stop being laggy). shake and win never works and am never able to checkout. so therefore no app deals have been ordered and have given up. Haven't eaten HJs in ages because of lack of accessibility with the app. have also updated and restarted phone and still not working. get it together.

Guess what? Only your app after update can go back to to having the same problem. You guys haven't learn not to meddle with it. When it was still working it was barely clinging. For 40 minutes I tried to get the store menu loaded. Then I wanted to tell you what you can do with your app. I see I have to update it. I did. It works. Too difficult to say the app need to be updated?
