Literally one of the worst services I've ever had to deal with. They have no customer service over phone, only app, and the app's customer service Is poorly dealt with. Also, they have given me 2 different refund issuing dates, and all of them have passed with no refund whatsoever. Highly unrecommended and will NEVER use again.

Worst company and customer service ever. They forced me to pay an extra amount for their mistake. Unfortunately, I signed the contract on 29th of March from Yelo and paid 331.89 at the same time. the daily rent is about 160 riyals per day. Then, I paid 328.44 on the 31st of March to renew the contract . The next day, without any information, Yelo cancelled my contract, and one guy contacted me, and he said he would renew my contract. He renewed the contract with higher daily rent.

I booked using the app three times. The pros: in new jeddah airport i never wait in the counter inside the airport. I simply go to the garage and pickup the car. The cons: 1- workers will try their best to make you pay for gas even if you filled it right before delivering the car. 2-the Madina branch ripped us off asking for more money than what we already paid on the app because they claimed the system did not reflect the correct price online. Not my problem but try that 30 min before departure
