Absolutely horrible service! I made a booking and arrived on time to pick up the car, but the agent refused to give it to me just because I have an international driving license. I clearly showed my valid Canadian license, international license, and passport — still, they said no. I tried calling customer service, but no one spoke English. Worst car rental service ever dealt with. Made a booking and made the payment, and I was denied car at their office stating an error in their system. Rude staff at the desk and no proper customer care, and they never solve your issue. They made me cancel my booking, and even after 3 days, the amount is not credited. These guys ruined all my travel plans and wasted my valuable time.

Literally one of the worst services I've ever had to deal with. They have no customer service over phone, only app, and the app's customer service Is poorly dealt with. Also, they have given me 2 different refund issuing dates, and all of them have passed with no refund whatsoever. Highly unrecommended and will NEVER use again.
