Literally one of the worst services I've ever had to deal with. They have no customer service over phone, only app, and the app's customer service Is poorly dealt with. Also, they have given me 2 different refund issuing dates, and all of them have passed with no refund whatsoever. Highly unrecommended and will NEVER use again.

NOT RELIABLE, NO COMMITMENT AND NO RESPECT Worst service ever, rude staff and customer support that never do anything except asking you to wait. I had a confirmed payed booking and they were unable to issue the authorization and I had waited for 2 hours in the branch with no actions and waiting for the refund i'll get it!

Worst company and customer service ever. They forced me to pay an extra amount for their mistake. Unfortunately, I signed the contract on 29th of March from Yelo and paid 331.89 at the same time. the daily rent is about 160 riyals per day. Then, I paid 328.44 on the 31st of March to renew the contract . The next day, without any information, Yelo cancelled my contract, and one guy contacted me, and he said he would renew my contract. He renewed the contract with higher daily rent.
