this confusing awful service inverts the last name and mother's name in the transfer section, now my sent money is lost, I can't talk to anyone in the company, there is no chat and the provided phone does not exist! this is just a scam! they just stole around U$ 200 !!!

The worst user experience ever! No support, automated chat is simply lack of any useful information, bugged, leads to unexpected behaviour without any advert, claims transfer "in minutes" but takes hours, when you inadvertently type an incorrect amount they simply cannot help, you need to discover by yourself if you are really persistent, change you to web interface to get a ineffective support

A really great and useful app but you should review the mobile wallet option to send via Moncash to Haiti, because it's working only 1/100 times I tried it. Saying the receiver can't receive direct transfer to bank account while the account exists and in spite of that we receive an email to pay. Thanks in advance for solving that issue, I'd be really grateful.
