Verification is a real problem. There seems to be something not right with the system. Not at all happy with results from call centre. Made about 10 calls and each had different answers to the problem but all suggested to try again with in store transaction or even to cancel account, all after I had made the in-store transaction (twice).

App error recognising individual bank account as business. Called their customer service multiple times unhelpful at all. The one I spoke with kept yawning during the call. The promised issue will be investigated and notified by email, never received. Issue just being ignored instead of fixing. Below response is the example of uselessness of the support team and they cant fix the problem.

Asked me for the recipients address. I've sent several transactions, and now this. It's meant to be a service and helpful, but it's not. I have been interrogated previously about reasons for sending money. It's so rude and frustrating. If I could give less than 1 star I would. Hopefully it improves
