What the hell has happened??? This use to be such an easy good app, then there was an update and it's absolutely gone to rubbish!!!!! It just says try later there seems to be an error. Please fix your app, this update is so wrong and your going to lose a customer 😔 update- 2023 things are better with the app now, still gets confused with amounts sometimes and gets buggy when you try and change it. Is better but still not perfect is useable if you look past the bugs

After using this for a few years, now it's becoming rigid to transfer money. Most of the time, the transaction doesn't go through or fails, which is so annoying, especially if you are sending emergency funds and want the current rate at the time. I had to go back another day sometimes few days to complete my transactions. Mostly website problems but the rates and fast transfer to other country are great.

Horrible, it asked me for my password and when I out it I got locked out, then when I was sent a link to put a different password, it said cannot be the same as the old password. The costumer service operator was very helpful and kind and patient but the app is Horrible
