Ratings and reviews

These last few weeks, I've downloaded the App and made a couple of bookings, but a week later when I went to check my bookings they weren't displayed and I couldn't find them by entering the reference number or my name several times. Aaaaaand relax, more like PANIC It's funny how when it comes to taking the money, technology always works. Thanks for your reply, but I only see one booking, not one for a later date for the same hotel? I'm still PANICKING.

updated : The app is great, it's convenient, it's not complicated and easy to use. I mainly use the app for work, so being able to book quickly and conveniently is a big plus. I've not used any other chains / brand app. App great, getting through to customer service with is a nightmare. If you have an issue I wish you all the best. thank you for resolving the app issue. I do reccomended it.

Frustrating user experience. We arrived at the hotel to see a large check-in queue. Not a problem, we can check-in online - nope, it must be done via the app. The app insists on entering Nationality. However, a British hotel hides British below Gabonese in a list of 200+ nations - obvious really!!! Eventually checked in via the app, only to then still have to queue at reception to receive my keycard.
