Basically unusable lately. The server errors are frequent. Any time I click into view a product and more than half the time I use the search function, it results in server error. The last few times we've tried to order online, we've had to switch phones with no success, and then head into the shop (where we then had to deal with the technical issues of the self serve checkouts).

as soon as my current order is delivered I'll be uninstalling this ridiculous app. it's impossible to change your order without the app trying to charge for the whole order again plus the new items. tried "olive" the customer help line, they said the issue was resolved, it wasn't. it just made it worse. is it really that difficult to hire competent IT professionals who know how to set up an app? going to go and try the Coles app.

Saves me so much time doing my shopping online. Groceries are always delivered in the specified time given. Rarely, if you are missing an item, customer service are happy to help you straight away. Groceries are packed as they would be shopping in store. Quick delivery ensures cold items stay cold. If you pay the yearly delivery fee you save so much in the long run. I am satisfied with my online/ delivery service with Woolworths.
