Ratings and reviews

Horrible, unintuitive and requires an unusual number of PIN # changes. Banks don't require this level of security. It's a bit ridiculous. The overall app is not very easy to use and forces you to jump through several hoops to get where you want to go. Logical places for things don't seem to be in logical places. I really miss ADP, frankly. And that's saying a lot.

Cutting straight to the jist: This "app" runs like a website rather than what SHOULD be a quicker, smoother, and therefore optimized replacement for the site -you know- like an APP. Sadly, it's worse than a website, because at least when navigating websites, it's within a browser that allows you to open pages in separate windows/tabs. With this, you open one page at a time...whenever it loads...and requires you to verify all info each login despite opting to try and make sign-in more efficient.

More than I'd looked for in a work- specific tool. It's easy to use, and to navigate; managing PTO and other routine functions is a breeze. Unfortunately, signing into it is a PITA. Biometrics? Expired. PIN? Expired. umpteen steps later, and finally logged it. There is no reason to expire biometrics. As it stands, I may as well go back to ID + PW.
