About this app

The Voltix app allows you to connect to related products via Bluetooth and set corresponding functions.
Using this app you can:
1: Check the status and common information of your vehicle equipment;
2: Temporary car lock and password lock;
3: Set the speed gear and adjust the display unit;
4: Set cruise control and zero start functions;
5: Record riding videos and riding routes;
Please note: This application does not support all series product functions. Depending on the model,

Won't take login most of the time, leaving my scooter locked. App is buggy. Battery life is also abysmal and far less than claimed.

First, the app information is nowhere in the box or outside the box. It's not even in the instructions. I had to research to find out what app is supported. I read the reviews and found if you turn off your Wi-Fi, you can get the Catcha code via email. I did that and I was able to bind my scooter on the Voltix app. I couldn't get it to bind my scooter. Turn off your Wi-Fi. Everything works fine.

Ok, here's my award experience, like everyone else I fail to register and connect my w9 to an account when i 1st got my scooter. however.. if I'm on WiFi. I get request failed.... if it's off and I use cell service I'm able to request a catcha code from my email to login. also I try to make sure "unused" option under app isn't enabled to erase my login info on my android phone.
