Horrible App and no way to get support. The app wont even let you register to set up an account. Have tried a bunch of apps that iscooter says could work, but this is the only one that connects. Model W9. The manual says to use this app and even when you scan the QR code it errors. You manually have to go to the Play Store and find the app.

I can't log in so none of the features work. Standing on the scooter it shows I barely have a connection. I was pretty excited to try the app. I guarantee you make millions from these scooters, it won't hurt to spend a few thousand for an actual dev team. No excuses other than negligence and greed. Do better.

the app itself is flawed from start to finish. my scooter is stuck in lock position because I locked my scooter as I've done 20times or more before, I go to unlock it and it keeps saying unsuccessful. even with the correct PIN. It's almost like everyone that works on the app took a vacation. Can I get someone from this app to help me get my scooter out of the lock position
