This has been very helpful to help my family/friends overseas. Only a small fee required when use debit card and slightly more when use credit(I think it's based on a percentage as it's goes higher based on the amount you send). Of course what they receive is based on current rate of exchange between your countries. Been using over a year with no issues. Thank you so much.

Fees are usually lower than traditional services, and transfers are fast. But exchange rates can vary and the app sometimes feels clunky compared to newer fintech apps. Overall, it’s a reliable choice if you want convenience and reach, but not always the cheapest.

good app to use to transfer money, but the customer service features are horrible and slow. using the chat feature is unbearable, the text box is on the very bottom of the phone and the text box size is small, so I am always pressing the phone default shortcut buttons. in addition, when I write the keyboard blocks the entire text box, so I don't know what I'm writing.
