This app has been incredibly helpful for my calorie tracking. I have continued to lose weight slowly (and healthily) over time. The coaches are great and helpful, and this is not a diet. Sometimes the food scanning/entering can have incorrect data and be a bit confusing (hence the 4 instead of 5 stars), but you can add or request updates (manually adding is probably how some of it got wrong in the first place), but overall been about 75% accurate.

This is a revised review. I love the lessons - they have helped me learn so much about me, why I eat the way I eat and how to work to lose weight. I like the meal tracking and the color coding. I am learning what I need to eat to lose weight. Community chats are good and helpful. I'm losing weight slowly and revising my eating habits. But there are always technical glitches it seems. They fixed a previous glitch (yea!) but now there's a new glitch. I hear this is common. Bummer!

I think this app is really good in that it allows you to take a hard look at your portions and what you actually eat, along with your beliefs and mindset. I am very knowledgeable in nutrition but it's really had me see where calories actually go in my diet. It's also a very fun app if you want to make a game out of it. I did not join for weight loss per se (it was more as a reset) and I'm finding it quite helpful and a fun educational way to start new habits
