Isn't showing Tesla Superchargers. Changing filters doesn't help. Supercharging IS still free for many, just not for new owners. Requiring Google's spyware, invasive, low-accuracy location services is an automatic one-star. My offline navigation software works perfectly without it, so don't claim it is necessary for any reason. Even Google Maps works without it, in spite of its complaining. Now app doesn't allow editing site info, which means info will continue to be less and less accurate.

Hi Mark, we've recently marked all Tesla Superchargers as requiring a fee to reflect Tesla has removing free Supercharging. You may have the "Requires Fee" filter turned off. Can you give us more information at info@plugshare.com so that we can investigate? Thank you.

Update: I figured out that the app is just glitchy and can crash if GPS is turned off. Just turn it on before opening the app. Original: Very useful app when it works. Twice recently I've had the map get stuck on "loading locations" and I can scroll and see chargers but not click on them. After that I have to uninstall and reinstall and then it works again.

That's a bit weird and is something we can look into. I have passed this to our development team to see what can be the issue. We hope to have a fix soon and will report any new news through patch notes. Thanks!

Frustrating to use. The screen is a cluttered mess. You can't even plan a trip. It tells you to go to the website. Then from your phone browser the website says to go onto a desktop computer with a wider display. How useless is that? Worst part.. It doesn't even display a single tesla charger.

We understand Trip Planner does need to be added and are working to have this applied. However, all Tesla sites have been updated last week with CCS, NACS, and Tesla Only options. It seems to be a filter issue you're having that we can help you with. Contact us via the Help Center when you're ready!
