Ratings and reviews

Used to love this app and its widget. Recent updates have destroyed the widget functionality. If there is no widget, the app runs great. But, if you have the widget on your phone, Xe keeps freezing, the widget shows "Updating" all the time, and error messages appear all the time. Opening the app causes it to immediately close. Deleting the widget fixes the app, but it all used to work perfectly. It needs to be fixed! The Sep 6 update fixed the widget problem. Thanks!

Everything was going good until I needed to send multiple transactions in a day. Sent money to pay a bill(usually there in minutes) and it got held up. Got an email saying my account was terminated right after. Luckily I got ahold of customer service and he said he would have the termination reversed but the money is still pending hours later. So beware of multiple transactions in a day. Update: just tried to send money again, and remitly is definitely faster.

I loved this app and used it beginning for the iphone and since I switched to Android, their widgets have been a big part of my daily drivers. However, noticed that the recent update has caused the app to crash when a widget is active. I used to have 6 currency pair widgets in my home screen which worked great and now none of them work. Please help fix the issue as it seems something on the new update broke it. Edit; changed back to 5 stars as issue fixed and working great now
