I can't print anything but a test page from my android phone. In the menu I am missing the print tab. I can go to my address number on the internet and from there I can print all the config, demo, etc pages all I want. But that is it. I am so close to using this app. Ever since I got my 3215 workcentre I haven't been able to print from my phone. I have no problem printing from my computer.

extremely bad quality app, just the same as the software on their printers. buying this stupid thing was the worst idea ever! the app won't let me connect to the printer, it won't let me scan the qr code for hours, and when it finally does, it works for a few hours until the printer randomly disconnects and I need to go through the entire process AGAIN! I wish I could give this app and Xerox zero stars!

Can't print anything older workcentre 3025 ... all files are grayed out when trying to select anything in the app ... i consider buying a brother now 😔 premissions all that are available are set but there is no storage premission i can select so i don't know but trying from android did not tested apple yet but it says printer not support file tryed pdf, image ... nothing works and nothing can be selected big issue for me because i can't print documents from my email LOL - XEROX BAD
