This app (and my printer) worked fine until Xerox pushed a firmware update. The printer required additional or new configuration steps. The app insisted on a password. Nothing worked. I complained to Amazon that a firmware update had made my printer unusable. Amazon gave me a full refund. Genius Xerox. My printer was only 7 months old.

Terrible and a complete waste of time. Stuck on asking for an admin password, default (serial number) not working, and unable to change or add a new password. Better off just setting up the print via the build in controls

I'm sorry you're having trouble staying connected with the printer. Make sure you have the latest printer firmware loaded. If you still experience this problem, please reach out to the Xerox Easy Assist support team using the in-app Contact Us feature. Include your printer model and that you have intermittent connection to your printer.
