It's not working at all, not even after updating the firmware. It doesn't find the printer on wifi, I had to manually add the ip and didn't print the test page but it shows "successful" message. No files are supported, printing from any app is blocked. In conclusion it's useless. I've contacted the support and it's like talking to a wall: no one answered

Please reach out to the Xerox Easy Assist support using the in-app Contact Us feature and include the printer model. Xerox Easy assist does not currently support printing to a Phaser 3020 or WorkCentre 3025 because neither printer natively supports common print formats, thus you need to print from a PC using a print driver.

You MUST accept a ridiculous privacy policy to print, the old app doesn't force you to. No thanks, this is a clear downgrade. Regarding Xerox reply: If the app doesn't collect PII, then it shouldn't force users to agree to the entire xerox privacy policy, but a specific one that doesn't grant Xerox those permissions. Otherwise, in the future, Xerox can legally add things like tracking, after it already made users agree to it. in the policy it says for ex "We may collect data about your location"

Xerox Easy Assist does not collect personal identifiable information except your email when you contact support. We only use your email to respond to you directly. All permissions requested by the app, such as location and network devices, are only used by the app for finding/connecting to printers; they are not collected outside of your phone.
