the app was really nothing special before but with the latest update it is completely unusable. Unable to Sign In, and constantly crashing. The passkey requirement is totally not clear until you have successfully signed in and the overall experience is extremely poor. I cannot access any of my bookings. Your developer needs to resolve these issues ASAP, clearly it hasn't been tested before releasing to the public.

A very intuitive App. Easy to navigate and use. Thank you! One issue I have noticed is the seat reservation process is disjointed. As a Cathay Mike's Member flying economy class, I was able to select my seat 48 hours in advance. That was good. But, upon online checkin, which is completed within 24 hrs of the flight, my previously selected seat (that was selected 48nhrs before the flt) was not available and now I had to select another seat, but with far less available seats to choose from.

Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Android 8.0: I agree with many users, this is a very poorly designed mobile UI app. I downloaded it and spent 5 minutes going around in circles trying to sign in. It doesn't help that every time you select "login", a country phone/language list keeps popping up you have to scroll through, then it takes you back to another sign in screen After you have already input your login creds. Cathay has to hire people who actually understand UI design and functionality.
