I never left reviews for apps, but I found no way to complain. This is, very honestly, one of the most rubbish apps I have ever used. No way to open it, log in, nor check-in. It just sucks, that's all. One more, once it sucks after you try to check in without success, the screen cannot be back again. The ONLY way is you uninstall the apps, then try your luck again and again to check in or retrieve your bookings. Is the airline really so in short of IT talents to look after this??

Checking in with this app was possibly the most painful experience I've ever had. We deliberately checked in online to have mobile boarding passes, which it then said we're unavailable please go to a help desk. (Which we deliberately wanted to avoid for an easier time at the airport). It also refused to accept my correct full name, as apparently it didn't match my passport! This app is utter terrible and I would highly recommend getting to the airport 30minutes early just for your ease of mind.
