RentCafe Resident App features (options vary based on each community):
- Submit one-time payments in three easy steps with various payment methods.
- Set up monthly automatic payments to help you avoid late fees.
- Share rent, utility, and other costs with roommates using monthly automatic payments
- Submit maintenance requests with photos and voice memos and track progress along the way.
- Reserve community amenities such as the clubhouse, meeting rooms, and pool area with just a few taps.
- Track when your packages are delivered or picked up, all within your app.
- Sign and complete your lease renewal directly in the app.
- Interact within your community through the Bulletin Board.

I do have Android so I'm not sure if that is the reason I have more issues than my roommate's Apple app. 1. A warning message comes up every time I open the app to delete and reinstall for connection issues but doesn't go away after doing so multiple times. I still have the option to bypass that and continue to sign in but some days it won't allow me to sign in at all. 2. The system will sometimes tell me my pw is wrong but the Forgot Password email link will loop back to the app without help.

I set up my account with the fingerprint sign in. Worked fine. Then I got a new phone and I can't set up fingerprint again. So now I have to sign in with a password. If you enter your PW in wrong, you are locked out. If you manage to get it correct the second time, you can see some stuff but it won't let you pay your bills. The only reason I have the app is to pay the bills. The ownership has to reset your account and it's only available to do at certain times of the month. It sux.

Every time I move to a property that uses this app, I have nothing but problems setting it up. It gives an error code whenever I try to reset my password, and an error code when I try to log in. The only thing that seems to work if I'm going to a different property is to create a new email address. I don't want that many email addresses. 😠
