The RentCafe Resident app is your partner in all things related to your community, especially when you’re on the go. We make it easy to pay rent, request maintenance, or reserve amenities.

RentCafe Resident App features (options vary based on each community):
- Submit one-time payments in three easy steps with various payment methods.
- Set up monthly automatic payments to help you avoid late fees.
- Share rent, utility, and other costs with roommates using monthly automatic payments
- Submit maintenance requests with photos and voice memos and track progress along the way.
- Reserve community amenities such as the clubhouse, meeting rooms, and pool area with just a few taps.
- Track when your packages are delivered or picked up, all within your app.
- Sign and complete your lease renewal directly in the app.
- Interact within your community through the Bulletin Board.

The RentCafe Resident app has been designed for communities that use the RentCafe platform as their Resident Portal. Some features may not be available at your property as options vary based on each community. If you have any questions about specific features, please reach out to your property management company.

Ratings and reviews

Login page offers a "remember me" option that has never worked for me. The biometric login option has also never worked. So everytime I want to use the app, I need to manually enter my email, then switch to my email app to wait for the OTP code, then switch back to enter the code...and this mess is supposed to be easier and quicker than passwords? It's not.

While I have no comparison between this and any other app for rent or housing, this one is quite good. We've never had an issue with payments, and they have a convenient "I need help/a repair" button that we didn't need to call for, just make a ticket for. The only thing missing, preventing me from giving it 5 starts, is any information pertaining to parking; what number to call for a tow, for example, is not present. I've also had a minor issue with documents requiring signatures not showing up

Been using this for 5 years and allow a sudden I CANT LOG IN!! It says "unable to establish connection". I am connected to internet, have cleared cache, Uninstalled and reinstalled app, restarted my device and still I can not log in! There is no option to contact tech support and now I have no clue what to do. Im frustrated as hell! And no one has even responded to this review.
