Worked fine up until I tried to add a card. Can't use auto fill because then it just backs out w/o saving anything. Then after manually typing it in, it sits at a screen saying that it will redirect you in 15 seconds... 5 minutes later, still at that screen. Back out, no card info saved. Reenter it again, card info already saved. Back out to pay... no saved cards to use. You have to completely close out of the app and start it back up to use your saved payment method.
Used to work. Now it just crashes when I try to make a maintenance request. Well, they've now succeeded in degrading it to where I can't even login on my tablet. The new update hasn't fixed anything. Uninstalled.
App has not been working for me since last month. Makes it inconvenient to go withdraw cash to then go purchase a money order to then go pay rent. Would be nice if I could just go in the office and pay by check or card.
Trying to enter phone# twice..could not. Then tried to registration entering information manually. Could not do because I did not have a registration code! I tried twice to have the code sent to me via text using the number I have on my lease. The message said object reference not set to an instance of An object. What does that mean? It doesn't do any good trying to enter your information manually, unless you already have the code. So frustrating!! Fix your bugs!!!
Will not accept card information, terms and conditions do not scroll, leaving you unable to read them. Worst payment app I have ever used, I can only hope it will be fixed or my rental company will drop this app.
I can no longer login to the mobile or web applications. The mobile app says "Resident login temporarily disabled." and the web app says "This account is temporarily unavailable. Please check back later." This has been going on for a few weeks now, and hasn't been fixed. I won't be able to use this application to pay my rent this month if this problem is not resolved fairly quickly. This app made paying rent and filing maintenance requests simple and convenient, but now it is unusable. Guess it's back to the old fashioned way of dropping off a check.
RENTCafé Resident now supports fingerprint sign in. Users on supported devices can log in and set up fingerprint authentication. Users who have set up fingerprint authentication do not need to enter their passwords when logging in.
This release also includes bug fixes and general improvements.
