The RentCafe Resident app is your partner in all things related to your community, especially when you’re on the go. We make it easy to pay rent, request maintenance, or reserve amenities.

RentCafe Resident App features (options vary based on each community):
- Submit one-time payments in three easy steps with various payment methods.
- Set up monthly automatic payments to help you avoid late fees.
- Share rent, utility, and other costs with roommates using monthly automatic payments
- Submit maintenance requests with photos and voice memos and track progress along the way.
- Reserve community amenities such as the clubhouse, meeting rooms, and pool area with just a few taps.
- Track when your packages are delivered or picked up, all within your app.
- Sign and complete your lease renewal directly in the app.
- Interact within your community through the Bulletin Board.

The RentCafe Resident app has been designed for communities that use the RentCafe platform as their Resident Portal. Some features may not be available at your property as options vary based on each community. If you have any questions about specific features, please reach out to your property management company.

Ratings and reviews

There is no way to see my past ledger and payments. I remember using Entranta back in 2016 and could do that. The drilling down you have to do to send an email to the property is ridiculous. it should be no more than one click to get to it. On the web, you can barely even find it. It also seems like they don't QC very well. There was a stretch of multiple weeks where you couldn't even send an email.

this app is trash ! fingerprint sign in always says there is a error so try your email and password and it freezes and you can't move. uninstall and reinstall multiple times still does it. been fighting with this app for months only works 1 or 2 times out of about 100 attempts if it does work it's great but about 98 percent of the time worst app I've ever seen

This app is absolutely awful. I am now experiencing issues with logging on. But previously, it had issues with adding my bank. You can't pay a varying bill in full, I am forced to pay a fixed amount. And sometimes it refuses to let me see my balance or pay it. If I could give this app zero stars, I would. The only thing worse than this app is my apartment management team that chose it.
