Yelp app is retarded in how it constantly zooms out of the area in which you're trying to search because it's trying to accommodate food trucks. Speaking of failed accomodations the PC push for SJW cancer like gender neutral bathrooms is stupid and annoying.
I'll use it for finding things nearby, but I don't believe the reviews. I've had negative reviews deleted when a vendor does advertising with Yelp. And positive reviews deleted when a vendor doesn't. Or my review goes into the "not contributing to overall review" area. Has happened too many times to be coincidence.
The mobile website isn't fully functional ("to view remaining photos, view on app.") Any app that can only get users by making their website bad is obviously awful. Also forced login to use the app is another example of shady business practice. YELP is obnoxiously desperate.
I hate the in-app browser, and it no longer allows me to use my own by default. Also, the website has a lot of nice features that don't work on the app.
I love Yelp! When it comes to locating quality restaurants and health care services I can start by reading some of the reviews left by the previous customers and I'm all set and ready to visit a particular business listed in the search results. I recommend this app to anyone with a brain and common sense.
I really have to download your crappy app to leave a review? It's 2017, ushering in a plethera of mobile sites, and I HAVE to download the app? Really? I'm literally going to uninstall this after I'm done. Thanks.
"Maintenance is terribly important." - Manolo Blahnik
We’re not going to argue with Manolo, but we will add that improvement is equally important. This update includes both.
