i love this app and its sister apps. However, I do have a suggestion. I wish we could take off certain workouts or adjust them to add a workout or repeat a previous one. I live in an apartment, and I can't do the cardio ones of jumping Jack's, etc. so when it comes down to those ones, I kinda just sit around or end up skipping it. the adjust menu in the settings is a little misleading, too, as all it does is adjust time and not the actual workouts themselves. I still love this app, though!!

While I really like this app, I see a few things that would make it different from the rest. Like for instance, showing an alternate exercise for people with limited mobility (arthritis,etc). Also showing the exercise on the screen when doing a exercise would be great as well. Overall good, I just think these few tips would make it better!

Great app. Variety and flexibility built in. No more wasted time searching for a new video. Also, love that it keeps track of the days you completed a workout. I only wish it didn't take so long to load. oh, and i wish there were tiny description pictures next to each workout in case i forget what the name means during the round. Still, I give it a 5☆.
