when trying to use the chat feature, the text and related buttons are underneath the navigation bar, meaning you can't really interact with the buttons or edit the text you're entering. while typing you can't even see what you're typing. my nav bar is clear so I can sort of see something underneath. this makes the chat sort of useless to ask a question.

The service itself is pretty awesome. It's so much better than trying to pick things in an eyeglasses store/optician's, where most of the frames just aren't me at all. The app can be a little clunky, and sometimes the try-on feature shows an inaccurate size. Also, the new AR-type try-on camera is cool in theory but in taking my current glasses off, I can't see anything on my phone's screen!

Love all the different and stylish frames! The prices can't be beat, either! I've used them for quite a few pairs now, and I've been happy with all of them. The virtual "try on" feature is great when it works but uses up a lot of phone battery. When it doesn't work, it'll show just the mirror image of you and not the glasses, or the app will crash and close itself out. However, all the other aspects of Zenni are awesome. It's fairly easy to enter in your prescription, as well.
