I've been a Zenni customer for about 4 years now. I like their variety of glasses and their prices don't break the bank. I love the try on feature within the app but lately my saved try ons switch pictures. For example, if I try on round blue frames, it shows the picture of oval red frames. If I tap on it to view the close up, it's correct though.

Hello Zenni App team, it looks like a great app that makes purchases easy. The chat feature appears to be in need of a fix. In a vertical mode of android, the portion of the chat where I am supposed to type is covered by a navigation bar, which makes it impossible to type unless you change orientation to horizontal. Hope that can be fixed.

Supposedly my FIRSTAPP promo code was applied, but it didn't show any subtraction of the 15%, and then at the end it said it WASN'T applied that I should look st the terms of the promo. This is confusing abd should be much more clear. If a price is ahowing, I naturally assume that it's the full undiscounted price until and ynless it says otherwise. Even though a message flashed that the discount was already applied, I don't feel sure about that because of the lack of clarity
