It worked fine and I loved having it. Every since the last update it stops working after entering the pin. I lost getting credit for my last purchase and have credits I can't use. I can't uninstall it or I lose my credit

Only lets me place an order at a random store in Indiana (700 miles away). It clearly knows my correct location because the "locations" feature automatically brings up the ones nearby--there's just no way to choose one of those locations when placing an order. Never had this problem before.

FIX THIS APP! I have about three HUNDRED dollars on the app and the lastest "update" crashes as soon as I put in my pin.

Crashes after entering pin code. Was fine before the latest update!!!

I like the rewards, but entering my pin caused the app to close. Reinstalling fixed the app, but I'd prefer to have a lock.

Will not link any of my credit or debit cards. Oh, and by the way, the ratings are overbloated with fake 5-star reviews. Employees are required to fabricate a review.

Force closes upon opening... Last update failure

I didn't think I'd want to pay for anything using my phone, but this app works perfectly. Our local S 'n S changed the way the phone is scanned, so it is improved, but we've never had a problem. We like to use gift cards and we can add them to this app and use them without a hitch. I wish all of the restaurants would use something like this.

Works like a charm Accurate and faster than having to dig for a credit card. All you need to do to finalize the transaction is to input the tip amount, just a word of advice, double check when entering the tip because there's no failsafe if you enter too many zeros. Other than this, it's great. You will get an automated receipt and you build up value points for free food.

Great app with bonuses! I have been using the app for over a year now. When you sign up, they give you an automatic coupon for a free milkshake. You are able to upload your gift cards directly to the app or link your credit card. For every $50 you spend, you get another bonus. You can actually include a tip to your server. In less than a minute after the transaction is complete, you'll get a copy of your receipt sent to you. The only thing missing are Steak 'n Shake coupons. Hopefully they'll fix that and the next update!

Rewards It would be alot more convenient if you could simply scan the app at checkout and be rewarded points instead of having to put your credit card information in or load gift cards. I have another restaurants rewards app and no info input is required, you simply scan your QR code at the register and any treats or rewards are automatically taken off your bill and points are received.

Unable to add tip At least on mine it wouldnt show and whe I asked the manager in the person at the register why he said I needed to wait as it takes your money and wont tell you why. Not to mention the manager or cashier were not able to answer the question and became rude and told me they couldnt. Do anything to call later. I will never go to the Steak and shake on Cypress garden blvd. Very rude and inept when it comes to their product. That store is dirty.

Employee couldnt scan qr code Downloaded the app today and was excited to try it out. I was confused at first because I thought it was just a rewards app, not that Id have to enter my card info and use it to pay. Did it anyway and when I got to check out the employee tried several times to scan the QR code and it wouldnt work. Ended up having to pay with my card still hoping I would have something on my receipt that I could add to the app to start earning rewards - but nope! No way to add your transaction to the app. No point in having

Great Always works for me, and I can include the tip too. I never have to bring cash anymore, and I can even order ahead. Only thing is, sometimes the online menu is not available at all locations, so you have to call the restaurant to see what each place offers. But the app itself is spot on.
