I love Steak 'n Shake!! The layout and design is great, however, I've NEVER been able to place an Online order on the app, only in person. Also a reoccurring issue scanning my receipts. I have so many points that I can't even apply too my order. I still have hopes these issues can be turned around, because if not, what's the point of even having the app??

this app does not work with gift cards well at all. I cannot use the fractional gift cards left over from previous purchases and i havent been able to place an order using a gift card for months. its just sitting on my account unable to be used. fix your app and allow us to split payment and use multiple gift cards. so many other apps can do it. you are severely falling behind.

I ordered one of the "4 Meals." My only suggestions are for the app to allow you to indicate +/- condiment amounts, and hey, carbonated pop is so cheap for you--throw us a bone and drop your price, esp for to-go orders, since we won't be there getting refills. I get a drink from a store or from home, but would prefer the convenience of getting one when I pick-up my food, but I refuse to pay that price!
