It shows account block due to multiple request in a minute. Mens I can not show or download my salary slip of for 12 months quickly. Can not handle muktiple request?

customer support sucks. no one pick call even after 100s of tries. at last when they pick call, they disconnect on your face saying that is another team you should connect because zoho one and zoho payroll support the completely different! That's what I get after 3 days and 100s of call with each of waiting for 10-15+ minutes.
