WA.cr puts your business conversations in one shared inbox, so a customer never waits on the one person who happened to see the message.
Your whole team works the same inbox. Assign a conversation to an agent, or leave it open for whoever is free. Comment internally on a thread with @mentions when you need a colleague's answer before you reply — notes stay between the two of you, never reaching the customer.
Get told the moment a customer writes. A new message rings the phone of the agent it belongs to — the assignee if there is one, the team if there isn't — and opens straight to the conversation.
See who you are talking to. Contacts and orders sit a tap away, so you can answer "where is my order" without leaving the chat.
