How does GoZone work?
- GoZone is an on-demand travel concept that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle. Using the app, input your address and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. We’ll pick you up on a nearby corner and drop you off within a short walk of your chosen destination. Now for the clever bit; our algorithms provide journey times that are comparable to a taxi and much more convenient than other modes of travel, making public transportation easier than ever before!

How long will I wait

Used this for about two years and have had steadily worse service but can't afford to uber everywhere so just have to deal with it. Before, the app was buggy here and there, but now it is every time. Last few week every other trip has had a 30 min wait that lead to my driver being right around the corner only to then be moved to a different driver with another 30 minute wait. Do not try to call customer support they are completely useless.

in theory i love this app but the pop ups regarding out of date updates, the terrible GPS tracking, the consistent lack of drivers, and the inaccurate ETAs suck. today i had one trip that did not tell me it booked and wouldn't appear as a booking in the app, but also wouldn't let me book anything else, so i just walked the 30 minute walk and then i got an email about a no show charge to my account. then i missed a train because i was dropped off at 7:20 when i had booked for a 7:07 ETA. fix this

Horrific. I used it a bit and experienced long wait times and even longer drop off times for locations that were nearby, but those were fine. When a driver stops to take a smoke break while playing inappropriate songs in the car explicitly telling women to flash men, that is something else entirely. If this was a friend's car, that'd be different. This is a city service. Beware of reporting, they don't respond to emails and have outsourced their phones. Travel in groups and stay safe.
