Manage your health data securely and conveniently with “AOK My Life”.

“AOK My Life” – your AOK’s electronic patient record (ePA) – offers you the opportunity to organize your health data centrally. Have medical documents prepared by your treating doctor. Complete these with your own entries and create your personal health history. You can safely share this with other medical facilities if necessary. This gives your doctor a quicker overview and leaves more time for your treatment.

Simple, secure and individual: access to your medical documents
Keep track of your health: doctor's reports and other medical documents can be securely stored in your file. Authorized doctors upload your documents directly for you. Complete your health history with your own documents. You also have access to integrated information such as your vaccination certificate, dental bonus booklet, proof of incapacity for work and much more. You decide individually who is allowed to view which data.

Digital medication list
With the medication list you can keep track of your medications and minimize the risk of interactions. Your doctors, pharmacists and other specialists can optimally coordinate your care. very frustrating, many times i update and installed the app but it's not even working. can't even register. why stick not to the normal meine AOK app so that we get our tests from that app. they should consider it. . and later came aufgetreten fehler

the app is not working momentely, update; on the15.12.2025 I updated the app, I logged in everything was ok. 16.12.2025: same technische probleme 🥴🥴. fix the app plz

Despite the fact that I already have identified myself in THREE different occasions (one via postident, two via eGK-PIN), and that I have a valid certificate stored in the AOK Ident app, I keep being kicked out and asked to start the identity process again. The absolute rubbishness of this app cannot be overstated.
