Manage your health data securely and conveniently with “AOK My Life”.

“AOK My Life” – your AOK’s electronic patient record (ePA) – offers you the opportunity to organize your health data centrally. Have medical documents prepared by your treating doctor. Complete these with your own entries and create your personal health history. You can safely share this with other medical facilities if necessary. This gives your doctor a quicker overview and leaves more time for your treatment.

Simple, secure and individual: access to your medical documents
Keep track of your health: doctor's reports and other medical documents can be securely stored in your file. Authorized doctors upload your documents directly for you. Complete your health history with your own documents. You also have access to integrated information such as your vaccination certificate, dental bonus booklet, proof of incapacity for work and much more. You decide individually who is allowed to view which data.

Digital medication list
With the medication list you can keep track of your medications and minimize the risk of interactions. Your doctors, pharmacists and other specialists can optimally coordinate your care. The AOK is entitled to discontinue all billed services in your digital health file. If you do not wish this, you can object to the data transfer at any time.

What a horrible buggy app! This goes for all three aok apps. I'm changing to a health provider where i can actually access my EPA. Trying to get access through this AOK app is just endless verification, re-verification and one unclear error message after the other. Calling customer service they'll just tell you to close the open apps,before opening it again. Nothing works, no matter if reinstalling,emptying cache, restarting phone,updating apps,using latest android version,etc.

Access to this App has always issues. This app ist not always available whenever needed because of sign in bug. Issue is know for most of app users. The comments and rating shows that this app needs a very gradual change to solve mentioned issue. The Autotication app ident also doesn't work it should.

I need to use this for opening my AOK identity app and this keeps showing an error that there is a technical error we cannot open the app at the moment. very frustrating.
