Download the "My AOK" app and register directly in the app. We'll send you an activation code by mail. Enter this code in the app and use all functions immediately.

Already registered in the "My AOK" online portal?

Download the "My AOK" app and log in with your login details. We will send you an activation code to your personal mailbox. Enter this code in the app and use all functions immediately.

REQUIREMENTS:

You are insured with AOK and at least 15 years old.

Your smartphone must be running at least Android version 10.

SECURITY OF YOUR DATA:

We ensure the best possible security for your health data. The My AOK app uses a two-factor login. Compliance with legal data protection regulations is a matter of course for us.

currently just crashes after inputting password. used to be more stable. companion apps like ident havent worked for months and just return error messages.

Unusable and useless. Log-in is impossible, keeping you in a loop asking you to check the settings for opening links. It's all set and no amount of retries works. German vibe coding at its finest...
