Your health insurance company is always with you with the "My AOK" app. Contact your AOK quickly, conveniently, and securely, from anywhere and around the clock. This saves you time, unnecessary travel, and costs. You can also get active with our bonus program and be rewarded for a healthy lifestyle.

HOW TO USE:

Not yet registered in the "My AOK" online portal?

Download the "My AOK" app and register directly in the app. We'll send you an activation code by mail. Enter this code in the app and use all functions immediately.

Already registered in the "My AOK" online portal?

Download the "My AOK" app and log in with your login details. We will send you an activation code to your personal mailbox. Enter this code in the app and use all functions immediately.

REQUIREMENTS:

You are insured with AOK and at least 15 years old.

Your smartphone must be running at least Android version 10.

SECURITY OF YOUR DATA:

We ensure the best possible security for your health data. The My AOK app uses a two-factor login. Compliance with legal data protection regulations is a matter of course for us.

it's a very buggy app. takes forever to open and now it refuses to move at all due to settings,which I have all in place and even after following the instructions over and over it just won't open. the idea is great and once you manage to log in - you can take care of things faster, but how they still can't get it work is beyond me. at the beginning I thought it was birthing pains and they will take care of glitches. and it's only getting worse

The whole "security" system of the app is quite messed up. Time to invest in a good revamp. The nonsense "safety" check goes something like this: Try to login to the app, a message is sent to the online portal (only accessible through a browser), login to the online portal (2 or 3 security factors), if there's no issue (which usually happens), go back to the app, get an error, go back to step one with more luck. This has happened to me for years at this point, so it's not an easy-update thing.

Unfortunately quite unusable. The login process fails constantly, have to use a separate phone to be able to log in. Attaching a receipt for the bonus program stopped working (no matter if it's a photo, pdf etc.), this feature is of course only available in the app and not the web.
