Download the Meine AOK app and register directly in the app. We will send you an activation code by post. Enter this code in the app and use all functions immediately.

• Already registered in the “My AOK” online portal?
Download the Meine AOK app and log in with your access data. We will send you an activation code to your personal mailbox. Enter this code in the app and use all functions immediately.

REQUIREMENTS:
• You are insured with AOK and are at least 15 years old
• Your smartphone runs at least Android version 9.0

We ensure the best possible security for your health data. Using the Meine AOK app works via a 2-factor login. Compliance with the legal provisions on data protection is a matter of course for us.

It's a nightmare! Breaks all the time, very unstable. I got it mostly because of collecting bonus points and suddenly, after a few days, it doesn't want to connect with my fit app- Samsung Health (because I don't have an updated version- yes, I do and you just were connected). So Aok, you are bothering me, calling me on my mobile, asking to finish my app registration (I started it some time ago, but it was a disaster and I lost patience), sending me links and this is what you serve? Shame...

You need to type your password manually, copy paste is not allowed. I understand it is for security reasons but then I choose an easy password to type which again force user to have something less secure. Other than that pretty nice app.

Upd4: I still wanted to leave a one more chance to this app, but it's still a disastrous product: login wasn't possible on the ver.5.5.x, updated to the 5.6.0, got through the issue just to encounter a new one - "an error has happened during login". AOK doesn't pay enough to their devs despite being one of the most expensive insurance providers in Germany? P.S. All the credentials I used were entered right, please don't distract users from your incompetence.
