Ratings and reviews

My biggest pet peeve with this app is that I have to log in each time I open the app. No other grocery store app that I use require a log in each time. They really need to update this to allow users to stay logged in. It also doesn't populate certain produce that my store carries on a regular basis. I also wish it would show in-store prices, not delivery and curbside pick-up prices which include fees. Could be better.

I can't get the app to open reliably since the last update. It mostly doesn't open, except about once every half dozen tries, it will. I was missing something from a pickup order, and couldn't report it. I tried to use the website to order for pickup, and it works, but it's linked to Instacart and charges $2.00 extra to pick up.

*edit: This is as much about Aldi order pickup as the app. There is no relationship between what is offered online & what is in the store. I placed an order for standard items I always get. Within minutes of them beginning my order, I'm notified that 5 out of 24 items are already refunded. So I message directly & ask to cancel, and they did, but 1st they said I could cancel in my app, I could not. After they canceled at the store, THEN I was told I could be charged a $15 late cancel. fee.
