this is perhaps the worst application I've ever used. many loading screens and failed requests every single time, requiring multiple full app restarts. it takes me several minutes to perform basic functions. Aldi, I'm a software engineer, and I think I can accomplish something better than your entire mobile team given a month and their budget. contact me please, so no one else has to suffer more of their life lost looking at your godforsaken loading screens.

I have no issue with the service, or the connection speed, so my review is simply for the app itself, and my main complaint about it is that every time you log on to check your balance, you have to log in, yet there is also a box that says "keep me logged in". No matter how many times you click that box, it never actually keeps you logged in at all, which is a bit of a big flaw, because then you have to waste data in getting a confirmation email sent to you to check your password.

The app is unreachable half the time, also setting biometric login does not the work the other half and the password has to be entered manually, why is it an app then not just a webpage if I need to login everytime I open it? Also plans that are 5€ or less are really outdated so stuck with 9€ one even when no data is needed for a while.

Hi Hussam Altaleb, thank you for your review. Please clear the app's cache and storage, then re-enter biometric login settings, including "Remember me". After that, you should no longer need to log in repeatedly.
