Used to be with Volksbank years ago, but the app was clunky, slow and you had TAN nonsense to deal with. Since then, wow. So much better. Biometrics for login, authenticator app for transactions, hell it even adds up your minuses - no more maths to work out how much you have! (I'm not German clearly, I'm from the UK so I'm used to instant transactions and immediate banking updates - I'm just quite excited to see Germany reach 2009 technology. Instant free payment transfers won't be long now!)

I keep having issues trying to log in, it was much simpler and more effective on the classic version. Now I keep getting asked to confirm the log in request with secure go, which does open up automatically thankfully but secure go just shows me that I don't have an internet connection, which I did. Since it is required to confirm the request via secure go I just simply can't get in right now

Despite of its importance and being connected to all kinds of personally identifying fallback methods, you may eventually typo your password one too many times and be locked out for the entire weekend without warning. Their service hotline isn't available on weekends either. Wouldn't be half as much of a hassle if they weren't closing down all their ATMs. My partner is having a lot of trouble with their support, or lack thereof, as well. Features aren't made available as easily as they could be.
