I really love the app. But since the new update switching between multiple accounts has become very cumbersome. I now have to click on Profile at the bottom of the screen then click on the account at the top of the screen and then select an account from the dropdown (maybe at the bottom of the screen!). Overall very unfriendly experience. Before it used to be all on top left and didn't have to do a Parkour to get to a different account. I hope the UI/UX team can fix this in the next release!Thx

Decent app but very basic. You can transfer money and check your saldo. Modern banks are moving towards some sort of basic expense management. For example it's impossible to understand how much you spent in a month or how much you spent on food. For a bank which is supposingly mobile first, it's quite disappointing.

Hello Mrs Zandara, you can put a note with a hashtag - for example #food - in your "Umsatznotiz" and sort all expenses for food at the end of the month or whenever you like. Maybe it's worth a try. Best wishes you ING

The app is user friendly, and i like it. About UI it deserves 5 stars. But the prices are too high. For each transaction you have to pay 4.9 € +0.25% of the stock price.... If you want to buy different stocks from different companies it does make sense in diba ing. It make sense only for investors that in each transaction they are buying ar least 6.000 Euro. Really bad approach. Too expensive. I hope that they will change the prices, especially now, with so many competitors .
