I've been quite happy with the app. but there are things that are not handy at all for the user. why can't I go through my account, click on a transfer that I did maybe last month and then click on a button transfer again and just like this a transfer with the same data appears I could adjust the money but all the data is ALREADY there because the system knows.. how easy is that ?! instead of creating a template.. why can't I create templates from existing transfers? 🤔

Hello Jas Mine, thanks for the feedback. The function is expected to be available again in the app in mid-February. Please be patient. But it still works in your Online-Banking, in the transaction details. Kind regards your ING

welcome to your bank. To do your daily business, why not have some ads shoved down your throat for a product you don't want or care for each time you log in. The ads are invasive and require closing actively to be able to access your actual acocunt, after which the ad will be the topmost item you see instead of actual services and tools you need.

After the recent updates, it has become increasingly challenging to reactivate online banking when changing phones. I am disappointed. The application requires scanning the passport. While the process appears to progress smoothly, an error message eventually appears, indicating that something went wrong, leaving only one option: to await a paper letter for several days. During this period, access to the bank account is unavailable. Excellent work, ING. Excellent work. Previously it was easier.
