Ratings and reviews

After the recent updates, it has become increasingly challenging to reactivate online banking when changing phones. I am disappointed. The application requires scanning the passport. While the process appears to progress smoothly, an error message eventually appears, indicating that something went wrong, leaving only one option: to await a paper letter for several days. During this period, access to the bank account is unavailable. Excellent work, ING. Excellent work. Previously it was easier.

The worst bank app I've ever experienced. No option to view your card pin (if you forget it, you have to change it every single time), no English version and the worst is that usually money is substituted from your account few days after the payment, so the majority of the time you have no idea how much money you actually have in your account. Also happened that I could see the payment in the app, but money was also reduced after few days. Seriously thinking of changing the bank...

My overall conclusion is that application is good enough. ATM search is a bit "old school " as it sometimes lags. While the main problem for me is only German language, no English interface and I could not find how it is possible to use application on another smartphone , as for my wife - she got own visa card to our account.. Update- English version of interface from my perspective would be great option to have
