Ratings and reviews

Since Bending Spoons took ownership in Komoot the enshitification is in full swing. Even basic free functions moved behind a paywall. And after the catastrophic reviews of people who made an subscription, it's not getting better with it. The old Komoot was a joy, and for that I'm willing to pay. But not for a product which is lacking developers, because most of them have been fired, to maximize the return. With sadness I delete the app. No more dark patterns which terrorize me anymore.

Don't break with updates! I have premium subscription and it is annoying if something gets broken exactly at the time you need it. Collections do not work anymore. I cannot add a route to a collection, because the list of them became a kinda trash. also, the link to support page is broken, so even as premium user I cannot get any support on that matter. And please, do not even think about using "AI" bot for support, as they are useless.

I was using the app since many years and was always happy, 5 stars. Don't know why but since a few month it was changed completely different, slow, confusing UI, always advertising premium pop-ups, even though I already bought the worldpack. Sometimes the map does not even show where is north. One thing that was always annoying is that navigaion is not possible without tracking.
