I have suffered a lot with this app ... it's a waste of time, it's not user friendly at all and it forces you log in from a browser to do anything! And when I try to log in again it says my password is wrong! And sometimes it opens and in other times it doesn't open and I get only a blank page ..I will open another account in another bank just to avoid that user unfriendly experience..but I have to say also that people who work in the call center extremely nice and professional n always helpful

It do not have a lot of feature. For example there is no way to take bank statement until today. It only send you the bank statement of the previous month in 14th day of the next month.

Car financing. This "app" is a disaster. Won't let you see anything within the app and forces to go to the browser and log in, backed up by SMS confirmations everytime. 2000s standards... Horrible On top of that pathetic no screenshot rule, so that no non German speaker can understand what's up. Guess what - once you force user to go to browser they can do screenshots. Super safe. Wowzers
