MySantander online banking for your accounts, cards, loans and financing in one app.

“Santander Banking” is now “MySantander Online Banking” – Santander Bank’s new customer portal. From now on you will always have an overview and control over your finances.

The app simply doesn't work. I enter sign-in details and am simply returned to the same screen without any error messages. How am I expected to trust this bank with my money, if they can't even make a working app?

Please add a basic feature that allows users to share the transaction receipt with others. also, It’s 2026—having English as a supported language should be a basic feature by now, or at least allow to take screenshot to translate.

The app has a login problem. Sometimes the login doesn't work, and sometimes in the middle of working in the app, it logs you out, and logging in again can be very difficult. I've had this problem with 3 different phone models for more than 6 months. I waited and thought the developers would fix it, but nobody cared. So, ladies and gentlemen, here is my 1-star review. Also, you can't search by name in the transactions; you have to search manually.
