MySantander online banking for your accounts, cards, loans and financing in one app.

“Santander Banking” is now “MySantander Online Banking” – Santander Bank’s new customer portal. From now on you will always have an overview and control over your finances.

Why we love the MySantander online banking app:

1. Banking that goes one step further
In addition to the already familiar online banking functions, in MySantander you will find all information about existing loans and financing as well as other convenient services - this makes our app your personal portal for all your Santander products.

2. Secure and easy login
You can log in to the MySantander Banking app easily and securely - regardless of whether you want to use facial recognition with Face ID or use the app with your fingerprint via Touch ID. Of course, you can still log in with your username or email and password.

3. Better overview
Keep an eye on all your transactions and sales. Clearly designed, you won't miss a booking. You can rename your accounts and cards individually to make it even easier to navigate through your banking transactions.

4. Mobile transfers
Transfer money easily and easily on the go with our app.

5. All details about your loans and financing
Your loans and goods/vehicle financing at a glance. View the balance, loan amount and installment due date at any time.

6. Numerous services
Have you moved, want to change your password or can't remember your card's PIN? Easily take care of these and many other matters from home or on the go.

7 Notifications
Upon request, we will send you notifications about your card transactions and financing. This means you don't miss a payment and you gain more control over your finances.

By far the slowest app to login that I ever used. once you get inside the app itself is very basic and misses several helpful features e.g. change PIN. Really hope that the migration to Openbank solves this...

I understand this is the German Branch for a Spanish bank, but it would be so much better if the app actually supported English all around, and not for 3 strings only and that's it.

In 2025 bank application can not show the received transactions...The store says we have it. The phone help says we don't have it. The support is unreachable.Also in 2025 August shows that someone put in my account 2710 euro from atm and then l withdrawed them also from atm which absolutely was not me.. Zero trust
