Can't activate mitid on my new phone, the app keeps throwing an error message during the authentication process. I'm trying to activate using passport/Id option, and the error reappears on a different stage each time. The "copy from the previous device" option doesn't work, because my old device has the old version of the app and there is no copy option. I can't update the app because the last update doesn't support my phone.

Super frustrating that they keep making changes which don't help and all settings dissapear. NEM ID was MUCH better. Also, MitId is somehow not working and the explanation makes no sense, because on another device, doing the exact same thing it works fine...close to total worthless and only using because I'm forced to. Even the "tell us more (optional) is not working here on the rating, just trying to load forever...and that says all you need to knlw.

App activation on a new phone lacks options. You need to give activation option to those who have a code display and password and can acces mit.dk website. One cannot use a passport if the passport is not danish and if you old phone har a display problem one basically needs to go in person to the citizen service with ID documents to activate a digital signiture app which in this day and age is just ridiculos.
