⦿ Scan one row of numbers at a time. Do NOT scan the barcode!

⦿ You can scan more than 1 row at a time, but it may not be as accurate.
⦿ Hold the camera perpendicular to the surface of your lottery ticket.

⦿ Turn on and off your phone's flashlight.

⦿ Manually type in or dictate your numbers.

not reliable, ticket scanner said not a winner but when I went to the store and had it scanned it was an $8 winner. had a winning ticket of $100 or so the app said and it turned out to be a $300 winner. so if you use this app don't throw your ticket out. confirm it with a store scanner.

Hey Rose, what lottery did you try? Could you please report an issue within the app so that we can investigate your claims? What you're describing can only happen if the numbers are read incorrectly which is unlikely, but possible. You should always double check the scanned numbers as has clearly been mentioned in the instructions.
