Good if you need to get somewhere in town. God forbid you need go ⚕ & GET BACK! Return trip is broken! I did ride it was people going to beer (food 💩y) & bus was empty each time. WTH? I do appreciate it but damn, I can't get stuck walking home w/ my drugs. That's perfect mugging target... Scheduling needs allot work & so does GPS! Great comfort schedule Dr appt 2days ahead but app doesn't work out of business hours! Perhaps make it like bus route. I'd pay 4 assured returns! Ty anyway

I have used Metgo almost since they started and they are all great! The drivers are all very friendly and helpful. The app is easy to use as well.

I mean this is a great service for our area but the app won't let me book a ride most of the time because seats are full when you call customer service they don't want to help and act rude.
