Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't function properly. Upon completion of the first section, the only option was to "Submit Survey" (which I did) and I was expecting the app to load the next section automatically, but it didn't. The app also does not allow you to manually launch any of the other sections from the home page either. So now, I keep receiving daily alerts to complete the survey, but I am unable to launch any of the remaining sections.

The app worked great, but I had recently deleted it, and now, upon attempting to install it again, it says that it is now not compatible with my device (even though I have NOT changed devices! Oh, my!). Help!

Great initiative, I will continue to use. But some questions could be improved. For example, it asks if you ever smoked (even one of two puffs), and it asks if you smoked in the last 30 days. However it doesn't ask any questions to determine if you smoked for 50 years and quit 30 days ago, or if you tried one puff and never used again. Also it asks how many weeks ago you last had a fever, instead of asking the date. I recommend improving some of the questions to provide more accurate data.
