About this app

My NTRA mobile app provides the user with rich informative content about the Egyptian telecom service and how to understand and use the service safely. It also informs the user about his/her rights and duties while using telecom services in Egypt.
In addition, it provides the user with interactive content like the service quality maps and interactive services like creating complaints, querying mobile number portability (MNP) request, internet & network quality check, etc.

Ratings and reviews

This app should serve 100+M individual, yet crashes all the time, logs you out, and it's almost impossible to rely on getting any useful information!! This app represents a government institution and that's how unreliable it is? That's very shameful but expected from service in Egypt

stopped working, whenever i try looking at 'my numbers' i always get the message "service is currently unavailable" for a month... and I'm not the only one who has the same problem.

I changed rating from 5 to one. Initially it was a great so. Now you cannot inquire about your numbers or wallets. It became almost useless app.
