About this app

My NTRA mobile app provides the user with rich informative content about the Egyptian telecom service and how to understand and use the service safely. It also informs the user about his/her rights and duties while using telecom services in Egypt.
In addition, it provides the user with interactive content like the service quality maps and interactive services like creating complaints, querying mobile number portability (MNP) request, internet & network quality check, etc.

Unexpectedly good! People said they removed the feature to check what phone numbers are associated with your ID which made me hesitant to download it since that's all I needed to know, BUT I downloaded it today and there was a delay for a few minutes in sending the otp, however after registering I checked numbers associated with my ID and E-wallets as well, I did not try the other features but so far it was quick, the interface is simple and it's easy to navigate overall.

This is, without question, one of the worst apps I've ever used. It's a complete piece of garbage. Half the time it doesn't work at all, and when it finally does, it asks for an OTP that never arrives. Then it locks you out for 20 minutes before letting you fail all over again. Calling this an app is generous, it's a broken mess.

An essential app with ZERO maintenance and no accountability.Extremely disappointing. I can't even log in without it crashing, and on the off chance I manage to get in, it crashes again right away. This desperately needs to be fixed.
